All payments made through KREEVA’s official payment gateway with respect to any of its associated projects shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant transaction. Refund eligibility, applicable timelines, Processing charges, Non-Refundable Earnest Money, cancellation charges and any other refundable or non-refundable amounts shall be strictly governed by the express terms of the applicable Expression of Interest (EOI), Application Form and/or Agreement for Sale. In event of any inconsistency or conflict, the terms and conditions of the duly executed Agreement for Sale shall strictly prevail and supersede this policy, wherever applicable.
Any refund request must be formally submitted by the Applicant at customercare@kreeva.in, accompanied with the relevant/verified transaction/booking details, payment receipts, identity proof and shall be processed in accordance with the applicable transaction documents and verification requirements.
The Developer reserves the unreserved right to forfeit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and deduct administrative, processing, and cancellation charges as stipulated under the Agreement for Sale/Application Form prior to processing any refund. All convenience fees, payment gateway charges, transaction taxes, and administrative costs incurred during payment processing are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Payments must be made exclusively from the Applicant(s) own and verified bank account. Any payment received from a third-party account shall be treated as payment made on behalf of the Applicant(s) and shall not create any right, title, interest, equity, lien or claim in favour of such third party against the Developer. Any permissible refund shall be remitted solely to the original source bank account from which the payment was received, subject to full regulatory verification, identity checks, and execution of clean discharge documents by the Applicant. The Applicant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Developer against any claims, losses, or legal actions brought by third parties regarding funds remitted from third-party accounts..
In case of a failed, unsuccessful or duplicate transaction where the amount has been debited, reversal/refund shall be subject to reconciliation by the relevant bank/payment gateway and applicable processing timelines. Any payment gateway, transaction, processing, administrative or other applicable charges, wherever applicable, shall be governed by the relevant transaction terms and may be non-refundable where specifically provided. The Developer shall not be liable for delayed processing by financial intermediaries.
Applicants must make payments solely through the official payment gateway hosted on KREEVA’s official website or official payment links provided directly by authorized officials. The Developer accepts no liability, legal responsibility, or obligation whatsoever for payments, transfers, or losses arising from payments made through unauthorized links, third-party intermediaries, fraudulent accounts, or external agents.
By proceeding with the payment, the Applicant acknowledges and agrees to this policy and the applicable terms and conditions of the EOI, Application Form and/or Agreement for Sale.
